Vectored in Illustrator, background created in Photoshop. No filters were used on any part of this, all hand done. Took me roughly about 2 hours, only because I stopped paying attention to the really small details. I know I could've done the hair about a gazillion times better, but this'll do for now. Maybe in another 2 years time, I actually do a better job on it.
